Cancellation Policy
NM Studio has a 12 hour cancellation policy for all reformer classes. All classes must be cancelled 12 hours prior to scheduled class. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a full charge or credit deduction. Please cancel online. If you need assistance please email us at contact@nmstudionyc.com.
NM Studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and duet sessions. All sessions must be canceled 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid being charged. Please cancel online. If you need assistance please email us at contact@nmstudionyc.com.
Studio Etiquette
- Please arrive 15-10 minutes prior to class if you are new to the studio or Pilates. This will allow you to meet your teacher and receive an introduction to the space and reformers. If you are an existing client please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class.This will ensure a smooth transition and no disruptions to other clients.
- No client will be able to participate in class if they arrive later than the scheduled time of class. Late arrival will result in a late cancellation. This is to ensure you receive the best class experience.
- Before entering the Pilates studio we kindly ask that you take off your shoes and place them in a locker or cubby. This helps maintain a clean studio environment.
- Please place all personal belongings in designated areas. The studio has lockers and cubbies available for you to use. No personal belongings will be allowed in the Pilates studio. The studio is not responsible for anything lost or stolen.
- After each session we ask you to place all springs on the reformer (unless told otherwise by a teacher). Disinfect the reformer and any props that you have used. Cleaning the equipment helps maintain hygiene at the studio.
