NM Studio: Pilates Reformer Classes

At NM Studio we take pride in having classes for all. All classes are full body workouts! 

Beginner Reformer 

Become familiar with the reformer and your body. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates while focusing on your breath and controlled movements. You will focus on slower movements to enhance a deeper control and engagement. 

Beginner Reformer can be taken by all levels and Prenatal Clients. Grip Socks are Required.

Intermediate Reformer 

Lengthen, strengthen and tone your body while using different props on the reformer. Enjoy a challenging class that incorporates both fast and slow movements, that’s suitable for all levels. 

More than 6 months of Pilates experience is required. Suitable for all levels, Prenatal Clients in their 1st trimester and clients who are recovering from injury/surgery. Grip socks are required. 

Advanced Reformer

Challenge yourself with a fast and energetic class. Advanced Reformer will have your mind turned off and your body turned on. Experience exercises that will strengthen your core and balance. 

More than 1 year of Pilates experience is required. NOT suitable for Prenatal Clients and Clients who are recovering from an injury/ surgery. Grip socks are required

Prenatal Reformer 

At NM Studio, we take pride that we have classes for all. Prenatal Reformer is specifically designed for you to feel comfortable and strong. All exercises are focused on maintaining and improving muscles that will help you throughout your pregnancy. Learn how to activate and release your deep core muscles and pelvic floor. Feel strong by lengthening and strengthening your arms and leg muscles to create a full safe body workout. Prenatal Reformer is safe for all stages of pregnancy. 

Approval from doctor to exercise is required. Grip Socks are Required. 

Jumpboard Reformer 

Enhance your Pilates practice with a cardio based class. Jumpboard Reformer consists of 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of toning. Increase your heart rate, while lengthening and toning your muscles. You are guaranteed to sweat and leave feeling more energized.  

NOT suitable for Prenatal Clients and Clients who are recovering from an injury/ surgery. Grip socks are required
